Clean house in Ohio-DMs and RVP only. They are costing the company big $$$$$ with all of the resignations, law suits, and new hire trainings. No joke..count how many have left in the past year. 2 more this month.
I know a rep in one of the Ohio territories. From my understanding the managers are out of their league so they panic and treat the reps terribly. They have lost several reps due to harassment and there was an article circulating around that the RVP was previously convicted of fraud with another medical device company. Doesn't sound like it's getting any better and most are actively seeking other employment opportunities.
Is every state this bad? What IS going on in Ohio? Is there an investigation going on there? Seems a little suspicious...corruption, harassment, discrimination, etc. Curious. Thought this kind of environment was banned years ago.
There is another thread speaking to the harassment & discrimination of female reps. Is this happening all over or just in the midwest? These are pretty serious comments. Anyone else been contacted by an attorney asking these types of questions?
^^ I call BS on above. This practice has gone on for years. Along with a legal department that makes sure it all falls within the guidelines.
