What happened to the excellent initial sales training program from a few years back? The program was upgraded to a tough but excellent experience. Look at what is done now. What a lost opportunity.

Those classes in Dallas were great. Are those guys still with Stryker?

Mahwah??? It is back to the joke it was 10 years ago. A ton of creativity and hard work gone. IMO Political Correctness destroyed a great effort.

I know Eric was one of the first ones and he is out west running their foot and ankle region. Not sure about Rich. Don't know who does it anymore...

Don't forget Jimmy J. He brought that fresh Texas twang with some politically incorrect political views. Plus, dude was jacked.

Who the heck is running Recon training? Anyone that ever sold before? What a mess. Thought things were turned around back in 2009-2010 but now look. Shameful.

Bill Starrs runs Recon 101 & 201. Great guy & great trainer! He's been around a long time & is a wealth of recon knowledge. The info covered is very solid.

Stryker has no one left at Ortho to teach sales techniques. No one in sales training has the background. Too bad that is now gone from "sales education". How are you educating sales people without people successful at sales? Who makes these dumb decisions?

What an embarrassing joke. Whoever is responsible for managing Sales Training at Ortho. should be ashamed of themselves. I suspect the VP of Sales is burying his head. Taking the rejects, who they are afraid to fire, from marketing and sales is clearly not the answer. What an embarrassment.

Eric and Richard were the trauma trainers. Solid course! Didn't hear much of recon from the full line guys.
