Can someone give me an idea of what the average TAM makes in total compensation? Base? Bonus? and what other expenses and or perks are covered. Thank you
you are too stupid to get a real job if you come to an anonymous site to get career info. What a dumb ass!
All of the CAMs got promoted to TAMs. Increased job duties by about 50% and no increase in pay. The base is a ballpark of about 72,000 and with bonuses you can reach about 90,000 or 100,000. trust me the job really does suck!!!!
So tell me why it sucks do bad. The base seems higher than what is quoted, or is that the base for CAMs becoming TAMs?
Don't fret, this is an HR question. They have someone on this site everyday. And I know that to be a fact. SO, tell them what you think of the way they "help" KCI employees through getting screwed, and thrown off the back of the Train. I feel the HOT and BAD breath of my DM right now. Somebody give this idiot a breath mint.
With everything that has happened in the past six months what is the REAL earning potential of a TAM?
Maybe you don't make that much...guess they don't see value in you! As a CAM with less than a year in base at $75,000 + com. I thought it was a pretty good start!!!!!!
$50,000 base. If you're lucky, you will make another $15,000-20,000 in commission, although they will tell you that at plan you will make $90,000. This comp plan is structured so that is impossible.
I want to make 70K as an associate, im willing to bust my balls and work my ass off. I have med device exp. as an independent and made a decent living doing so. I'm making the move to have the base, benifits, car, ext. Will I make 70K if I hustle as an associate my first year?
You don't need to work here. We don't want people to work hard, we want people whe work smart. Try being a delivery boy.
What else can he do, now that he has so much more time on his hands! LOL I'm sure he is polishing up that resume and loggin into Ladders as often as he can.
