[QUOTE="anonymous, post: 5720174"I am a spiteful unpleasant and nasty creature. My comments are trying to divert attention from my failures. I try it all the time! I need to get some brain cells. I am the mental boy.[/QUOTE]

Hey mental boy. Read you posts. The ugliness comes out loud and clear in your words.

By the way, I don't think BH is giving you a minute's thought. Trolls like you don't deserve it.

Stomach-churning culture of fear and abuse.

Who would dare disagree or go up against Bill? It would be suicidal. So that's how bad decisions are made and stay unchallenged...

Sad to say but the talent who had vision, true strategic planning ability and were dedicated to seeing Merz succeed were made to go. Those with the company's best interest at heart are no longer around. So sad...
Instead we are left with clueless backstabbing leaders who only care about themselves and use Merz as a means to achieve their own personal goals. So sad...

Our only hope is the family waking up and overhauling the whole leadership team. Even better, selling the business in chunks (Merz you have left it too late to sell the entire company).
Truth be told, there will be more layoffs.
Get a better opportunity out there before it's too late. Good luck everyone:)

Merz is on a suicide mission....not sure why the CEO is so oblivious of what is happening....it feels like being on a ghost ride.

Reading the junivile back and forth that comes from bill and his cronies, this is where they spend a majority of their time.
Who can get any work done? NOW get out there and count transducers.

Bill and his minions spend too much time protecting their a$$es on CP in the hope they won't end up at the burger joint....

I don't think they have any interest in joining you at your new place of employment.

If Bill really wants to do something to help Merz, he should send out an email message that he is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Getting rid of the current executive team is the only hope of a lifeboat on this sinking ship.

Don't you think it is time for you to get over your hard feelings resulting from getting fired. Time for you to move on and get a life.

Why would you put hardworking people who care about their jobs thru all this bullshit. Take the recent events (and McKinsey in-house) as a warning of things to come.
Merz leaders (in Germany and US) do not care about you. They will suck the life out of you and then discard you like a piece of trash. You clueless leaders at Merz kiss or lick ass upwards as your main job. You don't know shit about the business. You blame market factors for the mess we are in. Your greed and ignorance got us into this....You are overpaid suckers and capitalizing on your stupidity.

The situation at Merz is going to become a risk issue if it is not resolved promptly. BH and PB need to go. Hopefully McKinsey will see through the bullshit!

Problem is the power struggle at the top. Buchard needs to grow some balls...Germans are weak...
