Isn't that just dandy, we asrespiratory reps are already tripping over each other. So what does GSK do? Theyl bring on 100 more inventive reps. Starting to look like The Walking Dead With briefcases in hand! LOL! Who says we are stuck on stupid!?

I assume they reduced our broadband, phone reimbursement amounts etc... to help pay for them as well. Thanks GSK.

maybe if you did your job you would have spoken up on behalf of your reps and let the company know we don't need more reps and in fact in this case more is counter productive!! But that's expecting too much from an FLL or whatever you call yourself

Hate to break this to you, but it is well understood in this industry by now:

InVentiv Reps > than GSK reps.

    More experienced.
    More aggressive.
    More relationships.

    That is a fact.

Just get someone, anyone who can actually sell product. I don't care if it's your circus chimp, fact is the chimp might be better than the dead weight losers parading around now. Shut up and do your job. My shares and 401 depend on you whining losers.

You mean "volume strategy" doesn't apply to reps??

Agree, step up to the challenge. Put down the cheeseburger, lose 50 lbs, and start selling the product. If you were doing your job instead of stuffing your pie hole with food, they wouldn't have to hire additional reps.

Hope you can see where GSK is headed.

They are like the guards in the Wizard of Oz, marching around chanting, "O Breo Breoooo"

To the top baby! Hell hire 200 more reps, Breo is the future. You must embrace the future. Of course by future I mean 6 months, generic Advair means T3 non preferred coverage for Breo and many prior auths with step edits. Can't wait to sell Breo in that environment.

You won't be. When Advair goes generic, they are cutting the sales force in Dec or Jan.

With the addition of breo reps in rough times ahead, one would think that these folks hired might not be the one cut when generic hits. Letting go of inventiv vs gsk is night and day.
