    Most CEO's and CFO's don't have them.

I wonder how long it will take for Nur to drive her Galderma group into the ground, like she did with S&OP at Alcon

common guys. You either quite new in Alcon or do post against he deliberately. S&OP was not existing before she joined the SC. I am not saying she did a great job and built it but just be honest and don't bring your personal things here...

Guys? I'm female like half of the dept. Nur brought nothing of value: no leadership, no hiring skills, and no supply chain experience whatsoever. What she left was worse off than what it was before.

    She was worthless.

Why do we still have IOL and equipment backorders? What happened to Novartis promising us to focus solely on surgical production?

What was that weird tattoo she had on the back of her neck?

The people posting on here are morons who try to blame others for their inability to sell products.

That's because she had no idea of how to run a dept. Now she can go screw up Galderma.

She sure was proud to show them off.

It's hard to sell what you don't have in stock.

Exactly. IOL backorders are still in record numbers. It's the same story in S&OP: no leadership, no competency. Garbage in, garbage out.
