But still true... When the very same guys blame ex alcon leadership for everything even after more than a year.
Then this cannot be considered old

We have come to a point where now we miss the old asia team.
They at least knew the business and we had a future in Alcon.
Yes they had issues, some real ones some just grumblings by incompetent people they fired. They fired people for performance
But they never used compliance as a curtain to hide inability.

They were never caught in any external investigations. Whatever was against them was internal BPO stuff which is nothing but crap and even nvs leadership doesn't believe in it.

i miss the old guards , they all drive the business hard , always take care of high performers !! I just want ALCON to be sold by Nvs . Anyone that buy ALCON will be better than Nvs !! Let's all go to the beach ! Let sales go down the drain , this way Nvs will sell faster!!

Sales is already down the drain... The question is how deep we sink before nvs sells us.
Good attempt by RL starting this thread. He thinks he is can get rid of EVO by posting here and accelerate his ascent to regional president.

Another master stroke by the master politician

how many people went down due to internal bpo investigations?
How many countries in your region left with seasoned Alcon GMs?

a friend of mine is cought in the same situation. We need to expose these BPO and protect the future of Alcon.
    Share some examples.

DOJ? What is it. This guy was fired with more than 20 years in Alcon with false allegTions.
    It is upsetting.

    wait and see

Korea seems happened with ECN approval and thats why they still protecting EVO & FC. Also it proves that sending them to Alcon shows that ECN really want to do the corruption methods to increase sales in Alcon which is otherwise nose diving

This is why the regional team is considered a joke in Asia including their communications
Latest comms. from the circus says -

"Surgical is still struggling with -7% growth in reported sales versus PY. While Surgical consumables are doing very well, we are working to fix our fundamentals so our IOL and equipment sales move back to growth but more importantly, so we can sell an entire solution for the procedure, not just one product or pak. The investment we’re making in more training and in our 39 Clinical Application Specialists and Field Service Engineers will also prove out this year and further delight our customers.

Mike Ball, Alcon CEO, referenced Asia & Russia’s sales declining -3% in current currency. However our underlying sales, which are a good metric of how our business is performing because it does not include one-offs, shows we have momentum. The good news is that Asia over-delivered in 2016 on our LF2 numbers, although we didn’t meet our LF1 underlying sales target. We should be extremely pleased that our underlying sales were 2% higher than our LF2. By keeping this trend up, we’ll continue to build our customers’ and Alcon Global’s confidence in us."
"We have all seen the Novartis annual results news, which included the outlook for 2017. It is clear that overall, Alcon has made significant progress. In Asia, we will continue that progress because our target for 2017 is attainable. Alcon Global accepted the target we put forward and we’re aiming to deliver underlying sales of 1% more than 2016."

The problem here is that nobody fuck knows what they mean by underlying growth I guess only EVO and FC understand it ?
The idiots are implying that whatever mike ball says is not right but you should look at the growth the way we want you to see

Jokers get over yourselves... you have ruined Asia now stop churning stories... you maybe stupid we are not
