What has happened to the reps in this division? Never have I seen such pushy order takers. This division is made up of a bunch of clowns.

Dude is a clown who answers to a bigger clown. Mike Jones is HUGE clown. This division has gone downhill in last four years.

does anyone know when this division actually/last sold something? They seem to be content in just taking orders.

    Do you even troll, bro?

I'm asking a legitimate question...bro. It seems the level of reps they are hiring these days aren't as good as what used to be there. They are more pushy then ever and the only way they seem to sell product is to bundle, which is something they used to be 100% against. See Spy DS bundled with Expect Needle.

What do you expect? The competition is a joke to the point of being non-existent. There's nothing for BS reps to do except take orders. There's no challenge to being a BS rep. You sell against competition, most of whom are idiots and the ones that are great reps are cobbled by managers who are dumbasses. BS will rule the Endoscopy space and no one will challenge them.

No, you didn't ask a legitimate question. "When was the last time a BSX Endo rep actually sold something?" Were you looking for a date? Idiot. I think you wanted to say something else, but didn't have enough internet balls to do it.

You're a clown just like the rest of the Endoscopy division. Pete Thierl and Mike Jones are just as bad. Like I said, when is the last time y'all sold something or is bundling the way to go now?

When? What a douchey troll effort. You're just angry bc you coudn't cut it here and were fired. Hence, the name calling of the managers that backed your termination. Good luck out there loser.

Why did we pay over $200 mil for EndoChoice?

Because EndoChoice is an amazing company with plenty of cutting edge, game changing technology. I personally can't wait to be the first person ever to sell a Fuse scope. We got a deal at $200mm! Hahahhahahah...

Boston will sell off Fuse. They won't keep it or do shit with it. The other areas of the portfolio are legit (minus the forceps).

Company cranked out like 60 something million last year in SUP alone. It's a pretty good move for Boston and more products for you guys to sell. I wouldn't be complaining.

If Boston can bundle the Endokits with their existing business, it may be a good move. We didn't have a strong position with GPOs and with those kits, it is a race to the bottom on pricing with our competitors.

And for all of the fan boys who ripped on the reps like myself who have been actively interviewing over the past few months, I told you so. Gilreath will slit your throat to save his skin and he did it yesterday. There is no such thing as CHIE or loyalty at this company. Don't kid yourself, Boston will take the products from the portfolio and fire all of us at year end.

The endo reps with good size territories make good money. The paychecks don't know if they are order takers, worth anything, etc. Money is great as is the quality of life. If they knew how to cure cancer or build a time machine they would, but for now I imagine the money is worth being called names.

HA! Keep telling yourself that. When is the last time an endo rep actually sold something and didn't have to resort to giving it away to save business or bundle it with other products? This entire division is a shell of what to once was.

It's an entry level med tech job who pulls from ADP, what can you expect? You kid a bunch of kids who hit 6 figures without really having to do anything and they think they are on top of the world. It's hilarious and sad all at the same time.

Couldn't agree more. The level of arrogance these assholes have when walking into lab is ridiculous. They walk in like they own the place. Btw, How is BT working out for y'all? Paid $234M for a technology with NO reimbursement. BSC reps don't know how to sell capital either...they give it away or bundle it for disposable usage. Clowns.
