Yeah, plus a Mercedes, unlimited expense account (with no receipts required) and a lifetime membership to Massage Envy.

That is similar to the offer that I received for marketing director.

    Positive feedbacks so far.

This is sarcastic right? God I hope so, best post ever if so. Because management just had a meeting about retainment and attrition. They also sent out a survey to reps that quit- to get feedback on why so many people leave. Worst company in med device. Hands down.

Never got my survey. Never had an exit interview either. Want to know why? Because they don't give a shit why you left! They already know the answer - they pay less than everyone, they have the worst insurance plan and their annual comp plan is designed to pay you less year over year. On top of it, Upper management practically gloats about how "different" they are and how you have to want to be a part of the solution of saving everyone money in healthcare. Complete bullshit!

i left approximately 3 years ago and was never given an exit interview. In fact, when I quit, I had to have an attorney contact their legal department to get a straight answer on what I was entitled to! Their "HR" and corporate folks are retarded monkeys that are dumb as a doorknob and should probably be in the sweatshop factory next door. There is no level of professionalism in RSM and the reason they hardly ever lay people off is because they have a hard time backfilling positions due to the constant turnover.

Applied doesn't have a Marketing Director position, because we don't have a Marketing Department (we call it "Branding"). I'd say your credibility is lost on this one.

BTW, did I say that the position will be in the US? Dumbass. Please think before you reply.

Branding is actually a different department. You're thinking of the clinical development department.
