Sure....whatever you say. Major announcements are never made at trade shows, much less a second tier trade show you moron. They come out from the press after the filings are completed with the appropriate governmental agencies. Please stop rumor mongering until you actually understand how M&A transactions work. This is partly true. Yes Depuy is in the process of acquiring Wright, but like previous posters have stated deals are announced in press releases. Depuy is still in the discovery phase therefore I don't foresee an announcement until at least Q1 2017.
If nothing is going on, then why have J/J and Z/B been in the building conducting due diligence towards an acquisition? But no one here knows anything.....
