How many different types of reps are there?

I am currently a Device rep with MDT wanting to make a move and was looking at the job postings with BS. I see Field Sales Assoc, Rep II, Therapy Consultant... and so on. Are some of these Associate or Clinical Specialist Roles? Just trying to get an understanding of the org chart because every company is different. No negative responses please.
