what it look like? been in derm for 8 years and love it but would like to get better benefits is Pfizer safe from a cultural perspective or will they send 4 reps into the same derm office? how is the activity/performance ratio as far as the DM's go? will they be on me to fake calls or can I just go win? has sales leadership ever been in derm? thanks
