Clearly the purchase made sense for their Emergency Medical systems business which is primarily concentrated into the pre hospital market place. Physic Control's hospital market share has been decimated over the past ten years where they were once the leader their coming in third place these days in the hospital market. Much of the dismal showings in the hospital has been placed on the archaic mentalities of the good ol boys club that entrenched themselves. Is it finally time to clean house? Is Stryker coming in and cleaning out the long time entrenchment of ancient managers at Physio??
