    Just had the pleasure once again to go through a review, which was useless and complete waste of time with John Ehret. He couldn't even give me specific examples of things I needed to work on now. All he wanted to do was reiterate shit that was in past reviews. And I am talking about years ago shit.

    Anyone else see this process as a joke? Why waste our times when we only have a monkey reading reviews from the past. Make it meaningful please or stop the BS.

    The whole thing is a joke. Everything about our new structure, the leaders, our reviews are laughable.

    If you want a solid, well thought out review, find a new company.

    I've worked for a few of the directors and have theses thoughts. If you have Croft or Robinson, theirs will atleast be fair balanced and provide examples. Plus they do not seem to play favorites. Definitely the two respected by the teams the most.

    Like Ehret, his two puppets (Almama, Dizzy Dezzy) will highlight your negatives and beat you down. Both were put into their roles by Ehret, who went off his personal feelings for each and not qualifications. At any other company, they'd still be calling on accounts and would not have direct reports.

    After speaking to a few colleagues recently, many confided that their reviews with these two were similar to what what described above. Rehashed old stuff, no recent examples, laughable and a waste of time. Sounds like they learned well from our former leader before he was demoted.

    Got hammered by one of the dipshit directors that knows NOTHiNg about me. Didn't even take the time to discuss my performance while I worked for them. Kept saying stupid ass shit like, "I heard you did "this" a while back, "So and so" thinks this about you, your "past reviews" said this, blah blah blah. Move the fuck on please.

    Do your useless job and evaluate us on your impressions, your experiences and from your point of view. Grow some balls (or boobs) and stick up for your peeps and not be swayed by the machine.

    It's pretty pathetic to think you are so concerned with your career here, that you have become a damn puppet. We all talk about you assholes and laugh at what you've become. Your parents must be so proud of you.

    Whole company is a joke. Des is a fraud, giggle queen with little substance and annoys the shit out of her team. Thanks for putting her sorry ass in the west. Like that's going to make me won't to work harder. WTF Rino? Ps...that's short for Ryan who's a dumb ass himself. Felt the need to spell it out for our fearless and useless leader.

    Alma is the worst reviewer ever. Total suck up. She has little talent and is only there because of her relationship with Johnny boy. Offers nothing to our team.

    No issues with how Steve does his reviews. Very fair, direct with good examples. By far the best to work for.

    I have worked for Dave Croft in the past. I found his reviews also to be very fair and detailed. Now I am with one of the Ehret bimbos, who is ridiculous to work for and with whom we have little respect. This used to be such a great company. Hoping it changes for the better soon.

    I feel for you. I was with one of those bimbo puppets before and now I am not. So releived to finally get a director that is respected and who won't talk behind our backs. It's nice to see that John E hasn't corrupted all of those leaders.

    I get my review later this week. Can't wait for "one eyed Pete" to critique my outstanding efforts for this miserable company. It's going to be interesting :).

    Process is only set up to document poor performance and behaviors. If you are looked at positively, your ratings will be good and you probably won't get anything tangible out of your review. If you are not looked at positively, you will get a bad write up and it's used by HR and leadership to begin your exit. That's how it's been for years. If you don't like it, leave.

    Agree with other posters. The joke isn’t just the mid-year reviews, the joke seems to be many of VAP so-called leaders! MR doesn’t show up to meet the team until he was nearly 5 months into his job. When he does, it’s all about him and what he’s done, blah, blah, blah and his crazy ass vision and oh, the slick new department name change, bet that took a lot of time!! What he should have been doing while he was in hiding should have been clearing out many of the executive directors and the regional directors. #1 on the hit list is of imbecile leaders is of course the troll, JE. I have never in my life seen a more pathetic, pitiful, back stabbing, lying, spineless, gutless, slimy excuse of a person! He will do anything to make himself good, bend over anytime to the brand teams and not care who he throws under the bus in the process! He is 100% despicable! Next, the RDs who have fallen under his spell (it’s really only 2 of them) and have adopted his style of managing people (see above for their attributes). Never, ever provide any positive feedback or support or heaven forbid, actually give a person the opportunity to explain, but rather focus on the negative, constantly bring up situations over a year old, and play the “gottcha” game. All of this is done because the people reporting to them are smarter than all 3 of them put together will ever be! They are all toxic! How could a company with such great products be so naïve when it comes to leadership and allowing the current people in leadership positions remain in place?
