    Group is a joke. They do nothing, just ask their boss.

    These positions are a complete joke! Salaries of 150K+ and elevated bonus. There is no way to track there impact and they only make about 3 face to face calls per week. YES! PER WEEK!! This division has been decimated and for good reason. Why we have held on the the current positions defies logic. The worst part about the individuals within this division is that they actually believe that they are "special". They think that what they do is more important than what a field rep does. To a person they have mastered the art of bull-$shit. When we see you at meetings, just know, we all see through this sham of a position. Enjoy, you have landed the perfect do nothing and get paid job. Paid handsomely I might add. Compensation package with benefits etc pushing 250K. And they don't even make 1 call a day. Nice!

    positions will be done in 2017. Certainly has been a good ride.not jealous here but can no longer justify extra layer. Still hiring a few more so head count by year end, tax purposes, then comes the change. Thanks!

    Can anyone let me know if this group plans on expanding in 2017. I am currently in the Respiratory Division and know that a huge layoff is coming. 50%

    i work with the Channel Account Director team. You cannot compare these jobs such as the Channel Account Director or National Account Director positions in Managed Care to the Sales Representative positions. One is not more or less important just different roles and levels of responsibility. These positions are responsible for the corporate headquarters and national accounts and GSKs engagement at the headquarters level.

    Been here over 20 years......both are useless jobs and a waste of money.

    My old DM (MC) used to be one. She said that it was the best job in the company, made 3 calls a week. She had to leave because she had no respect for her boss.
