Why would a Pfizer DBM conduct joint interviews with BMS DBM? I understand the co-promote but why would another company's manager get a say? Why not panel interview with all BMS management and RBD? I've never seen or heard of this before.

Irregardless is not a word. It's REGARDLESS. Annoying.

Be aware of the cultural fit knockout questions such as How Many Expense Report Errors Have You Had On Your Last Month's Expense Reports? What Where The Error Types, 1 2 3 4 or 5?

BMS takes it's expense reports very seriously - even more than sales results.

Sad but true. Results don't mean a lot here. It is all about who's ass you kiss, can you lie about your call activity and not get caught, turn in your expense reports on time and complete all the bull shit compliance nonsense assigned. If so, this is your company.

As a true salesperson I was very excited to launch Opdivo and sell in IO. I couldn't wait to leave BMSO in 2016 and accept another position. Metrics, pod selling and in-fighting for access with inexperienced oncology sales peers and managers is a level of hell for a real salesperson. If you want to sit at home and brown nose your boss with weekly meetings and expense reports sign up. If you actually take pride in your work and want to deliver impact and make great bonuses move along and don't work BMS.
