Interviewing for an opening in hospital/respiratory division. Any advice? How many weeks vacation? Is this division micro managed or professional?

    Thanks

Do you really think you are going to get an honest answer here?

Vacation is 15 days plus 3 floaters and 2 personal. Shut down between Christmas and New Years. You get an extra day for each full year worked to a maximum of 30 (I think).

The micro managed vs personal has more to do with your DM. There can be a lot of trackers at times but most just make the data up and fill it in. My area has little to no micro management. DM knows this is a tough drug and only so much access for a me too product. She's super cool and ride alongs consist of getting together for late breakfast/early lunch a couple call or a lunch and off she goes.

Car choices are pretty good compared to other co's.

Our product is not all that great and there is fear the amount of money generated can not sustain the fixed costs of head count to continue full promotion, but that's just rumor and not confirmed. There are many territories where gross sales doesn't even cover the reps salary and this drug has been on the market for over 3 years now.

Hope that answers your question. Good luck.

Except the OP is talking about respiratory, not neuro, so your entire last paragraph is useless.

You are wrong. Neuro product has not even been out for 3 years. Respiratory info needed.

Accepted the position earlier. I will get a company car. Phew! I pretended to get a nice car at my last job but never got one just a family car personal. I talk big and you won't know. Sad to leave but happy to be here to kill it like a mullet!
