So what is your recommendation besides complaining?

First suggestion...You are judged like everyone in the field and when 1.You don't produce or2. you lose business/ cannot retain it,then you lose your job. Just like evetyone else. Another suggestion,... Get a strategy to combat S&N, hello...... Not just a capital sale to dump cash and lose revenue and eventually your job. And if we are not going to put anything more creative or forward thinking than that, why do you need all these people? We have strategic account managers, regional strategic account managers, corporate full of national accounts directors and we are sitting ducks withno plan. That's the complaint. You don't need all these people, quit axing field and look elsewhere.

So what would your strategy be to make more money if you don't agree with the current direction

When has KCI ever had a strategy?

And so that does not address the question. What would your recommended strategy be?

This is what our region is planning for 2013...

    Do little
    Do less
    Collect paycheck
Wait until next wave of layoffs
    Collect severance pay
    Get a much better job

Do you really think that KCI is going to pay out more in severance packages?? You must be crazy! Hahahaha!

In that case force KCI to pay unemployment for the next 12 months and kick back.

Now that's funny!! Apparently, you have never filed for unemployment. Unemployment will get you about 20K/year! If you can 'kick back' on that, congratulations!!

you think he is smart enough for a game of chess? not realizing he has trusted the wrong people and turned on the ones that had his back is enough to know he will hear the words "checkmate"

All depends on what state you live in.

The highest unemployment rate in the US is paid in the State of Hawaii ($416.00/wk) even if you received $600.00/wk, that is only 28K a year! You must really be a majorly unmotivated, lazy POS! LOL! By the way, KCI will never allow you to receive an entire year of unemployment. You try to squeeze them and they will nail you for under performing and you will get squat! Go find a job at a flower shop.

Yeah, she's a horrible person all around. I've known her as years and she had always backstabbed to get ahead... It's a dog eat dog world and everyone knows she's a tremendous B#+%... She even brags about being with other men behind her boyfriends back. It will all catch up to her one day...

Well, Ms Assante went to Gentiva as Area manager and soon as Gentiva was gobbled up (or was it Gentiva taking over...) by Kindred she was given the South Florida offices (Palm beach, Broward & Dade Counties) as an Area Director of Sales. She immediately made her mark by showing how pushy, underhanded and abusive she is with her sales staff. The turnover has been tremendous and few if any actually like working with her. Not only that, she alienates the office staff by going over their heads and basically not giving a damn about what the proper procedures are. It's either her way or she goes and complains to the Area Director of Operations (herself an incompetent individual) with her "Mommy they don't like me" attitude. But what the hell, Kindred bought a company that was broke and someone up there had the idiotic idea of putting the same FAILED management in charge of what used to be a good company to work for. I'll be leaving soon. Working with this woman is worse than getting toothpicks shoved into your nailbeds.
