It sounded like this company was pretty chill and laid back before the KK and PS invasion. That they actually cared about their employees, now it's all work no play 8-6 meetings with no free time. Metrics are crazy exhausting.

We were held accountable for results, we had input in the direction of our company and most of all we were TRUSTED! This created a sense of responsibility and pride and ya know what? We delivered!!!! Much better results than when the shit show took over. We actually grew share, volume and drove our managed care wins. This latest "growth" is smoke and mirrors masked in price increases and bullshit activity metrics. What used to be a community and a sense of ownership along with a CAREER is now nothing more than a check the box job. And a bad one at that. Now if you're so tied into KK and this leadership team that you must constantly defend her, how about giving her some much needed feedback? My guess is she probably won't listen anyway and you're too frightened to end up on her bad side - Which is what happens when anyone challenges her with her fragile ego.
