I started taking my boss to lunch at a greasy Mexican place. By 2:00 he gets a bad case of the shits and I dump him off at his hotel. It helps me maintain my normal 10-2 hours. I'll be damn if I'm gonna start working more hours. F that

Look at field rides as a means to improve performance. Management can help you with select sales skills, product information, and territory management. They are there to help you SUCCEED!! Be positive and work as a team!!

I believe the above post is full of sarcasm, but if not, think about the "team" comment. We are FORCED RANKED AGAINST EACH OTHER!! GET IT! Why in the hell would you want to help someone that you are pitted against??? Don't compare anyone to anyone!

It's gotten worse than ever. My ASM has only a small number of reps, so they are constantly in the car with us. If it were just for a coupe of hours, and we made a couple of calls, that would be bad enough, but it doesn't work that way with this person. Also, we have a very veteran district, so this constant, useless, style only works to further alienate our district. Docs ask me what's up with this manager, and I tell them that's the company's management style...micromanagement. We literally have grown to despise this person.

This seems to be a very common theme at Lundbeck. My how times have changed.
