Im getting almost daily updates on LinkedIn about people taking new jobs. Worst management in the industry has destroyed this company.

I have worked for a couple different companies in the industry. Been here longer than most. What strikes me is how everyone from IC, sales ops, marketing and the like are in over their heads. People complain about the goal setting and bonus, Hell, I'd just like to be able to actually add a customer that I've called on into my universe. From what I am able to gather, those in the home office have very thin skin and won't call out for help. So instead of admitting they don't know what they are doing, they throw something out there and blame the sales force if we don't use it or use it their way. With luck, I will be out of here before the leaves turn color.

You are absolutely correct! Most have a thin skin or they are trying to fly under the radar while formulating an exit strategy. Good luck on a Fall departure. Been looking and the job market is rather tight but always room for another good man or woman willing to work. Best of luck!

I have sent several questions to the help desk...not one of my questions in the last month has been answered. Not even an acknowledgment

When I do get a question answered it is always-- we have factored it into the goals.

Dan was the former VP of neuro, arenas counterpart that quit earlier this year. New guy didn't work out but he is not what is needed to save any of us. Fire the real weaklings and puppet masters like Mays and put someone who knows what the hell they are doing in that sales director spot.
