This company has gone downhill rapidly. As an Alpha rep said it is NOT the same company that promised high ideals when starting up. We were to be a true specialty force with the experience and the relationships to run our own territory. What a lie - this company has more micromanagement than those 3 times the size. The NSD and the RSD's are incompetent and are just falling back on AZ, Lilly and the other companies they came from. The survey just shows that no one thinks senior and executive management are honest or decent. The company will use the "benchmarks" to blow over the real issue - morale sucks because of the lies and the incompetent management

Damn we get that. It's been posted numerous times on here. Nothing like beating the dead horse.

At this rate, I will have ridden with my manager 24 times by the end of the year. This doesn't include RBD or FT rides. With my old company, that I wish like hell I would have never left, that represents about 4 years of field rides. My manager with my old company rode with me one day about every 2 months. This is way over the top, even for a micromanaging company like Lundbeck. My guess is that this can all be traced back to Glover. What's really sad, is that they actually think this is positive for sales.

I spoke to 3 people in my district this week, they all said that they were looking to leave, and that they lied on the survey when the question asked if you were planning on leaving Lundbeck. John Arena, you know in your heart of hearts, that a manager riding with experienced reps 24 times in one year is way out of the norm. Why are you allowing this?

Simple solution. Cut bait and leave to put yourself out of your misery. Chalk it up as a bad career move and move on.

I haven't been out here in awhile and must admit it is the same old, same old. I get it. It sucks here. It isn't what it once was. Quit whining and do what I am doing: Spend my day looking for a new job. I will admit, having the manager with me as much as he is, puts a crimp in that but no big deal. I plan on being out of here before the holidays and suggest you do to. Life it too short to be as miserable as you must be.

Wonder if management realizes just how many people are looking to leave Lundbeck, or are they really that out of touch with what's going on?

All true. I spend part of each day on the job boards looking for a better job. Everything at Lundbeck has changed and most of the Account Managers I work with have an exit strategy as well.

I got my golden ticket! Psych. Outta here. Peace. Oh, and for the rest of my beloved Betas that came on board in November 2013, you guys are better than this. Move on.

Where ya headed Henry? I know ever since the Gamma reps were given golden tickets to come here, you betas were flattened. Please do give the details of your so called deal?

Did JA ever respond to your question? Didn't think so. No, the insanity will continue to the last day. There is no turning back to normalcy now. Need evidence? How about them actually thinking that 8 calls a day is feasible? They seem to forget the enormous amount of time a lot of us drive every day! What the hell has happened to Lundbeck?

It's amazing. When we start talking about how Lundbeck has changed from a specialty sales company to a primary sales company, everyone starts agreeing that it has. Then, the conversation immediately switches to whose looking around. Forget talking about bonus/goals, and all of the other problems that have been discussed into the ground, now it's whose hiring.

Duh! Glad you are catching up. Damn!

No need to discuss the many problems we have, because they will do nothing about them. That being the case, the conversation rightly turns to whose hiring. Anyone know any companies looking to expand?

Just curious, now that 8 calls per day (Beta/Gamma) is non negotiable, how many call per week are you going to have to fake to get to 40?

The company has all but destroyed what morale was left. Why have they done this? Every time I turn around, there's my manager or someone from the HO wanting to get in the front seat! They contribute nothing to the bottom line, and I mean nothing! They actually think the BI tool is accurate! I mean it's actually pitiful. I don't think I have ever seen a more incompetent, delusional, management team in my life! JA, looks like that plane we were building as we flew, is coming apart.

Morale has flow out of the sales force with the plane they built!!! This company is just a big pharma wannabe. They copy other pharma companies sales model, metric requirement and management philosophies - not an original idea in the house! The ESS will never be revisited because they can't handle the truth!
