Is it possible to be promoted at this organization if you are in field sales?

I have heard from my manager that there has only been one promotion in 36 months for anyone in field sales. This can't possibly be true?

Why would OraPharma not want to promote field sales representatives? Doesn't make much sense especially when culture is so rotten here.

There are Managers here that haven't been promoted....EVER! You have to do what MB did in NY and give yourself a made up title.
