Company culture/benefits

    How is the culture these days? I interviewed 4 yrs ago and may be interviewing again. Do they still do company cars? I thought that I heard it switched to an allowance that employees were not happy with.

    Let's put it this way... The managers have to beg employees not to resign because the turnover rate is at an all time high. There is no one left on our "team" that has any tenure. All new hires are old KCI reps because they are easy to train and desperate for any job. No one makes plan and quotas change on a monthly basis. Post acute market is a lost cause due to loss of medicare reimbursement. There is so much fraud here it's about to come to a head.

    The culture is much better with the new Q3 Turd Contest. I just mailed in my figure 8 looking 6 inch banana curved brownie. Hoping to win that cheddar.
