    Is this a good division to work in? Management, pay structure, culture, etc.? Not taking call is attractive.

    if topping out around $115-120k is good for you

    Sinking ship. Wright Medical is kicking everyone's butt. Stryker will be shutting this division down soon. Or selling it to Zimmer Biomet.... if they can. Look elsewhere my friend.

    Not a sinking ship at all. The division is growing at a rapid pace. Faster than any other division. Stryker has now been the number 1 foot and ankle company going on 3 years. Good place to be. Comp % is way higher than any other division too. Many many many reps are making much more than 120k, don't let these trolls fool you. Plus you don't do call. All around great position, but it depends on territory. Interview, ask questions, and do your research.

    one things for certain, Baltimore is getting whacked. That territory has been open for awhile. Lots of turnover and lost a lot of biz over the last year. Tough market dominated by contracts and bought out designing consultants while the rest of F/A companies who didn't offer design rights fight over scraps.
