    your DM should have instructed you to make 18 -20 calls a day, the goal is not to see doctors, but to enter calls in the system. You could be takin a shit and entering calls, I don't care. we want is all to get paid. Understand

    It's so bad. Just heard PL from NJ left. She was in management here, left and came back as a rep. Didn't last much more than a year here before leaving. What does that tell you?

    Well, when the VP of sales sleeps with an employee and then promotes her, there's a problem regarding judgment. And when the same guy promotes six people all from NJ, without interviewing anyone else, it becomes clear that we have an unethical leader. Not a structure that anyone should want to be part of. Until there is some oversight at the top, these things will continue to happen. Unfortunately it will probably take a mass exodus by the sales force for KK to realize the problem.

    Device rep. And that is suppose to impress us. Ur a glorified used car salesman who takes docs out to dinner. Not impressed and neither are my pharma colleagues. DSI should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sure Allergan would be a better fit for u and the other enterprise car reps.

    help me understand how does our stellar us marketing team on MOV & CL get away with underperforming, and yet promotions run amuck and they get to throttle up the number of people on those brands, with layoffs in the field just finished and more coming. Where's the reality, the accountability. its is beyond belief. finance sandra can you take over, as an outsider to this inside marketing jive stuff, maybe you can make some sense of this. marketing and business development push thru unattainable forecasts to justify headcount, promotions and resources, and then we underperform and we are jettisoned. help sandra

    get a clue, forecast is set by AZ and forecasting sits in finance jack ass and what CL 108 forecast are you talking about there isn't one and who have they added to the team? You're just one more angry person without a clue

    ok I don't have your fancy mba but does anyone on the site believe there is no forecast for cl-10, how in the world you moron, would you buy a product from the charleston chew boys unless you know the value. $40 million i thought was the upfront number i think, boy I have a bridge for you buddy. please sandra take over these marketing people as they are more stupid than we thought they were. btw, yes forecasting may technically be in finance but that doesn't mean the marketing people cant smoke the finance people with their jive talk.

    You are an idiot. Sales ops screwed up the call requirements. Some providers were 3's when they should have been 12's in a quarter. There were not enough providers / calls to meet the requirements on the reps call plans.

    Don't blame the reps. Ridiculous.
