this company is one of the worst ever. I cannot believe they were able to find reps to work here and not get paid, 60k base and no car with NO chance at IC quarterly..no wonder they couldn't find candidates.. they interviewed here in MiL area for 4 months, everyone would laught and run out of the room after the interview. Nobody could answer y about bonus and the micro style of a fear and intimidation culture. as the company denied this. It will be funny to se what happens with these misfits.

unless you are really, REALLY desperate, I would not take a job here. I don’t know how anyone would stay longer than 6 months. It’s a disaster

I didn’t believe it until I saw it for myself. What a mess. Nice people in management who smile as they beat you down. They ask you how come you can’t move business when they already know why. They were reps once too, so they know the deal. Yet they act like it’s a mystery why business is tanking. Hospital systems know this is a profit area, and they’re going to do all they can to keep services like this in house. Why send it to a non hospital source? The market has changed, why won’t management come up with a better strategy for that? Aren’t you sales leadership? Why not lead? It’s easy to beat the reps down, why aren’t you talented enough to lift us up?

is there a crm tool? What’s the calls per day expectation. This would be doable as a 2nd job as long as they aren’t expecting 10 calls a day or a tracker
