Don't blame them, blame the drug and the fools who were stupid enough to bring it to market. When a drug is a success, its R&D and marketing. If it fails, its the sales force. This drug was dead before it it ever hit the market. Drs. Aren't stupid.
They did nt have to treat us all like sh $$the for the last year. From day 1 they blamed the reps, never listing to feedback. How many times did you tell your abl that you could nt see a doc. But where pressured to hit kpi. I could go on and on. Know there is tremendous turn over and we have a bad reputation with our key customers. The 5th truth is......he f...ed up.
Wait till the NSM. The leaders will have us all in hot Orlando in a dumb ass Hilton listening to more TV broadcasts and we will be lectured again how its our job to make the reimbursement issues go away because they developed yet more sales aids that we should master. The fanciest, glossiest sales aid is not going to make the drug less expensive, less worth it and make insurance pay for it!!!
