Derm NSM...Is This a Joke?

why would this inept LT plan another NSM? four months after the last useless one? and the week before a holiday weekend?

 

It's my kids first day of school, school pictures, everything. I am so sad.

Listen fools - we all made the BAD decision to come here. Sounded good but this is the epitome of BIG PHARMA. Management doesn't care about us at all. They care about creating activity and a NSM is big. Lots of kudos to give out inside.

Get used to it or leave. I am. I should have gone to Celgene in the first place. I have friends over there and while they say Celgene Parent Company treats them like bastard sons, the Dermatology Division is awesome. They get it. They get that nothing beats just going to see customers and not going to silly meetings that only marketing likes. They do one day and a half meeting a year. That's it. The rest of the time they sell.

I will soon be gone to another, smaller dermatology start up and I can't wait to laugh at the activity focus on this place. Suckers.

 

And if it is anything like the MS NSM's, you will have one entire day dedicated to role play seesions that are led by primary care minded ABL nutjobs.Elmer Fud and CK in the east are the worst.
