I don't think they realize what a financial burden it is to be away from home for a week. Especially now when bonuses are so small except for the few.

do they always do this with payout? Change the rules of the game after it is over? How many people sue them because they lie steal and cheat people out of a paycheck?

 

More people sue them for unfair business practices, just ask Conrad.

 

Not always....sometimes they change the rules before the payout - but make the goals unattainable anyway.

Yes, they always change the criteria, etc for payouts, don't give you ICRs till after the payout, etc. They have systematically found ways to pay us less and less every year. Don't even count on making plan let alone a robust bonus. Plan to live off your base and if you come here negotiate a high base and you will make peanuts in bonus.

 

You have a few choices 1- leave and 2 - Don't work. I always chose not to work if I was shorted on a bonus. 3 days a week I would do a lunch and be home by 1:30. Only if necessary would I do a dinner. If they are going to steal my bonus I will steal their time.

 

That's what I do, actually a little less. I used to have a great work ethic until I joined here. They slowly beat you down to the point that you are miserable and not motivated to put a smile on and represent this shit hole.

 

I would fire you. You are lazy and corrupt. If it were your company and your money, would you be ok with an employee not working?
