Based on less experience with product, less experience with PUDS, less experience in disease state versus respiratory peers. Manager made that clear that will happen across the board. Don't kill yourself, you will only get an average rating and your rating has already been predetermined.
Wow, yes, you should all be getting huge raises and bonuses based on the outstanding job you did with Tanzeum - thanks for 2 years of "hard work" and handing us off a good drug with 5% market share (and we have to raise to 15% by year end) - you guys are "great" - way to perform to the metrics - Glaxo reps are really, really, really great at selling - keep up the reat job!
Funny shit, bro. It cracks me up that they think we can grow this product so fast, after GSK fumbled it for 2 years. I guess that is what you get when you don't put proper sales incentives in place for sales reps. We will grow it much faster than the amateurs at GSK, but it is not going to happen overnight. What really irks me is that some of my providers, good providers too, don't even know what the fuck Tanzeum is. How the fuck does that even happen? These are high volume providers. Fucking GSK, what a joke.
Hey moron, they dropped the goal. And by a lot because as soon as Inventiv took over, numbers TANKED! Good luck with that!
This post is disappointing. I also see the lines drawn by the respiratory manager's favorite reps vs. Tanzeum legacy. We are treated as new hires despite our tenure and it's demotivating. As a highly rated and high performing rep, if I get a 3 or 4, I will be on the chopping block when the cuts come based on semester 2 performance. I will have no job security which is worrisome. Essentially all Tanzeum legacy will be cut early next years if they look at semester 2 ratings. And face it, lackluster sales and a looming Advair generic means someone has to go.
Why do you think business rules would look at 1 semester's ranking for determining cuts? Come on man! Anoro numbers will get better and it will be directly due to the added focus of some really great ex-Tanzeum reps selling it! Agree about the not so warm and fuzzy welcome.
When you are forced to worry about your job and career, you don't worry about GSK. It's science, something gsk has given up on years ago.
