CSR been let go for restrictions on lifting

How many CSR have been let go for having restrictions on lifting tanks. I was put on workman comp for such restrictions and the claim was denied.

 

It is in your job description so if you can't do your job you should go find one you can do.

 

The following is listed on the the physical demands of the job description for a CSR:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen. The employee is occasionally required to walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

No where is lifting a requirement. Would like to hear from other CSRs who were let go because for their restrictions.

 

One thing is entirely clear.
Most csr's are so fat that even walking is a health hazard.

 

Can't lift an o2 tank? Get a new job

Oh that's right. Rotech doesn't deliver o2 tanks. Their customers can't even pick up tanks at the office! Their csr's can't even lift an e tank!

Have a sales rep do it.. they need to find something to do for their paycheck.
