    What a piece for sure. Talk about someone so out of touch so quickly. Gets promoting, goes on maternity (twice) and forgets what it's like in the field. Pretends she knows it all and has all the answers. What a joke! Im glad I'm getting the package, the other option would likely have been being placed in that district and I would have had to drive my car off a ledge if I had to go back and work for her.

    Oh my gosh get me off this team. KZ is horrible and doesnt have a clue. Who gives a fuck your husband is a personal trainer, looking at him it's no wonder why you're the breadwinner! That's who's going to train me? Just like you, not the best choice for the job at hand.

    I can tell you from experience (to include joining Pfizer Labs when the only other Division was Roerig), that this is true of most major corporations. The people at the top surround themselves with "yes" people, as they lack the intellectual ability and patience, to articulate "why" they do what they do. I was there when the ultra nepotism began. Now retired, I hurt for the once top rated pharmaceutical company by physicians.

    Right! She is definitely one that lacks intellectual ability. It's a joke the leaders this company picks. They let the "old" stars go and keep the young and dumb clueless non thinking duds. I believe this is the only job she has had, she wouldn't survive a day in the real world.

    Secondment interviews to cover her maternity as DBM should be over by now. So team how'd it turn out? I guess anything is better than having to ride with her clueless ass! Hopefully for your sakes, she extends her leave to the max. But knowing she is the breadwinner in the fam, don't count on it.

    Oh we wouldn't be so lucky. She is such an ass kisser that she'll probably land in a reorg situation. Word is that she is not respected amongst other functions, she asked the stupidest questions over and over to multiple people. She doesn't know how to look up an answer.

    Oh how I remember her maternity leave days. The days when everyone on the team hoped that KZ would have 8 kids. I feel for you all. Best to try and get out of PC and transfer into specialty division like I did. It's way better over here.
