anyone know when the veeva rollout his happening? Heard a rumor that that we're moving us to iPad Pro with the transition. Any confirmation?

Please refrain from some anti GSK rant I'm just posting a simple question. No need to tell everyone how much you hate our employer.

Apparently you are too dense to understand that no one but you finds your posts to be funny. Perhaps you should learn to communicate above the level of a 13 year old.

I hope everyone understand what this means. We will be tracked daily. We won't be able to turn off location settings like we can manipulate currently. Their system is a lot smarter than the old dinosaur crap we've been using. Be careful!

To Post #10. This is meant to be a sincere response. #1. Do your job and do it honestly. #2. You have no real defined hours. GSK cannot tell you when to go home, go to your storage unit, run reports, answer emails or make calls. The company fought and fought hard to keep their representatives with an "exempt employee status". They took the case all the way the U.S. Supreme Court. (google it). This means that you can do your job as you see fit. But do your job! If you need to leave the house at 8:30 because you were planning your day, that's totally fine! You need to come home at 4:30 to have a quite safe place to enter calls and return emails, totally fine! Go to your storage unit at 4pm? It's work so do it! Complete an expense report at home at 3:30 on a Wednesday? Damn straight! So fear not. GSK would be in a world of hurt if they in any way try to prevent you from "working" in your home office. My husband is an attorney. One of the partners specializes in employer law. Don't believe me? Spend $100 and consult with an attorney. That money will be well spent and give you peace of mind. The company we work for is awesome! So don' get me wrong. It is the rogue manager who can make your life miserable. So take my comments as friendly insight. But do your own homework. You will find that I am correct. God bless!

I respectfully disagree. Pls read the following:

    https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/tools-and-samples/hr-qa/pages/mustemployerstrackandrecordexemptemployeetimedifferentlythannonexemptemployeetime.aspx

The summary: exempt employees may be required to report hours worked and employers are allowed by law to track/monitor their exempt employee's hours worked. Your husband, if he is smart, will agree with this.
