is everyone really going to stand around and let Bob V. put a bullet into Orencia?
    Since he's taken over:
    100% RBDs quit
    100% of marketing quit/moved on
    80% DM's quit
    70% TBMs quit/moved on

His two stooges (JK and JW) are micro-managing enough that everyone is looking. At what point will BV get moved on??? HELP - someone please save us!!!

I had an interview for a position in the Orlando area. Hiring manager had ridiculous orange hair that looked like he soaked it in a bottle of Sun In from the 1980s. He was not wearing a tie nor was he wearing socks with his Payless loafers. The other manager was from the Northeast and did not know his ass from a hole in the ground. Again, that inbred idiot was not wearing a tie or socks with his shoes. Talk about unprofessional dress Code!!!

The hiring manager came from the HCV division. Not sure who other would have been.

Has Bob hired a single manager with biologic, rheum or infusion experience other than the manager in Louisiana? Or is he intentionally hiring "developmental" managers that he can groom. By groom i mean share his amazing insights about "the key to a probe" or "always closing for the appropriate patient" while they scramble to create new tracking tools to impress him. He's going to the bottom of the pile to find DMs math impaired enough that tracking their own district's sales seems a daunting task (they'll just trust the numbers they are given no matter how absurd). And they must also be while willing to invent new ways every day to kiss Bob's ass to get ahead. Amazing drug - wasted on this management team. Orencia will be forgotten in about 24 months. Mark my word.

Where did you get these stats?

Word on the street is that JK was in BV's ear from day 1 of BV's regime. The body count is quite impressive. Mike K and Mel M resigned and were replaced by JK (how convenient) and JW. 100% RBD turnover. The DBM body count is even more impressive: Wallis, Webb, Patry, Skipper, Zieger, Lanzoni, Parker, Martinez, Shenefelt and Hamilton. Ask any one of them why they left (because apparently HR did not). The TBM count is too high to name. Did that answer your question?

Don't worry, the autoinjector will be a game changer her. Physicians will be falling all over themselves just to write this nifty new device. And plans will mysteriously be compelled to approve those script despite step edits!
Now Bobbie, can you review with me the essential steps in a successful sales call one more time?

If you don't like it leave then....

Why would we leave? We make $110+ to work 10 hours a week. Sure, you people in management are a bunch of bobble heads but check the boxes and i can peddle some compounded scripts in the side to make some REAL scratch! Cha-Ching!!!

It's obvious this post is bogus bec no one's making any $ on compounding any more.

Clearly the people posting about the Florida manager are just bitter they didn't get the job. As for BV, he is a good man...so is JK. If you don't like what's happening in the BU, then leave. The negative people like you are the ones who bring the division down. We have too many good people and too much talent on the Orencia team to waste on people who just gripe and complain all the time. We make over $125k to discuss a specific patient type and make 5 flipping calls a day using an iPad. It's not that difficult...

    Crickets...

Your an idiot. A bobby, bobble head.

I'm not going anywhere. I make too much money doing nothing but checking the boxes. And planning for my next pinnacle.
