Missing Manager

Does anyone know of what became of the Ohio area CV manager Rob Boyea?

He has some serious Human Resource issues with his reps. Removed from the field due to impending lawsuits.

 

Ohio, for years, has been a cesspool of over entitled female reps. They are coddled by female managers going all the way to the highest levels. They survive by threatening harassment lawsuits and backstabbing their male DMs because they know they have support from the Area Director and H.R. Discrimination lawsuits are fluid and frequent whenever someone is disciplined. Several excellent male managers have been forced out or demoted because of this environment. Like I said, it goes to the highest levels in Ohio.

 

This happens in Georgia as well. The girls (especially FWA) are so entitled it's disgusting. Thankfully AC doesn't have hiring capabilities anymore.

Correct, he was move to that position. It was not a promotion, but HR needed to due damage control because of ongoing lawsuits from former reps. Other managers were questioned about his motives and he did not have support from above.

 

RB was a backstabbing rep in Michigan before he moved on to home office. Once there he drank so much kool aid that he thought being a manager was a real job! He kissed so much a.. and he actually thought he would climb the Wilmington ladder, only to find out it went nowhere

 

Jealous maybe?

 

AZ has NEVER settled a lawsuit with reps and never will. Corporate will drag your suit out for years and withdraw the separation offer. Managers know this and will screw over any rep who crosses them

Is it true that some reps need managers approval to go to the bathroom during Regional meetings?

No but there are some reps who take advantage and try to skip out to avoid role playing or Q&A

NO way HiLIARy wins any of rust belt states. These people still honor integrity and she is a compulsive liar who has turned public service into a family fortune all at tax payer expense.

I don't think it's karma when people get to make more money without the repercussion of possibly destroying the careers of others.
