    What about printer ink ?

ink is out of your own pocket effective Jan 1 2017. Everything should be paperless now. Any printing is on your own.

Your question regarding the salary range for zone 6 - what you should be asking is what IS the TMR for zone 6 for your particular role? For example as a zone 7 representative your salary range is between $84,000 and $163,000 however the company would like you to fall close to the TMR. For example the TMR for a zone 7 primary care representative is $116,300 but the TMR for a zone 7 vaccines representative is $121,300. TMRs are not publicly posted and most managers will not share this information. Bottom line it really does not matter what the salary range is for a zone (most zones overlap) however it does matter what the TMR is. The closer you are to it, the tougher it is to get a good salary increase. Hope that helps.

Why would you divulge that information to an outsider ? Duh ?

I got a job offer for Grade 6 and they first talked about 145k but now they say the max for the grade is 135k but are ready to give 18% bonus and 10,000 sign on bnus along with stock options...Is that a good offer ?

Only you know if it's a good offer. Are you currently making more or less???? Do you currently get stock options???? Are you even employed, because if not, of course it's a good offer. If you're a A$$-Kisser then you will be just fine here, otherwise, you will probably stay at that salary for a long time!!!

I thought GSK stopped paying bonuses several years ago. Lots of people left the company because of it.

Never stoped paying bonuses. The bonuses just weren't based on sales results. They payed bonuses on test taking, phone simulation interviews and manager evaluations based on customer engagement interactions, business acumen, and scientific knowledge.
