    When will it sink in to everyone's head that this company is slowly disintegrating. It isn't a question of who stays and who gets let go or who is getting a new manager in a restructure. This is about a company and industry whose sales model is completely out of touch with the realities of the market place. Pharma continues to try to fit a round peg in an ever more square hole. The sales rep job has become as obsolete as the VCR and the Cassette Tape player and yet Pharma continues to spend hundreds of millions to sustain it. Eventually we will all be put on a shelf to collect dust.

    06-29-16 didn't get the co even close to 1.1B! This is 2 in a row of restructuring & cuts. There will be a TRIFECTA! If you are not organizing yourself and making other plans, you will be sorry. It's a matter of time.

    Even with all of the evidence of more cuts ahead, the reality is that 95% of those remaining will celebrate being retained and continue the day to day monotony of this job until that phone call finally comes. They won't be any better prepared then than they are now. After all, we are a company of sheep and senior leadership relies on this to keep us walking in line quietly into the slaughter house.

    hey look. Is that Pascal trying to sneak onto one of them life boats? Clutching a baby...no, a bottle of Crestor. The new "indication" is all he's got left.

    That is him, dressed like a woman with a shawl over his head. I think I saw him sneaking in the women's restroom before heading for the lifeboat.

    I knew he was a cross dresser. But then, it boosts that impression of diversity at AZ. Despite all the smoke n mirrors AZ is going to sink.

    There I was, 60 feet underwater and I had already sucked all the air out of my watch. I grabbed my partner and sucked the air out of her lungs. I am sure going to miss her.

    Dressing like a woman now because white males at AZ have a HUGE target on their chest. But one thing going for him is he is not American or they would have already gotten rid of him. Throw him a life vest.

    A study just came out in Harvard Review that documents the failure of forced diversity and forced diversity training. Well Duh??? AZ is a perfect example where a fortune was spent on ridiculous h.r. driven programs and hours of wasted work hours spent in these training sessions.
    Hiring managers forced to hire less qualified minorities in order to improve our numbers. And none of it has worked. According to Harvard Review, it actually makes companies less diverse.
    And we wonder why AZ is such a mess of incompetent leadership.

    No one here works a full day. AZ messes with re-orgs every year, just take the paycheck and chill. Some quarters you will cash a nice bonus check, some quarters you won't. Just be happy with whatever it is because we all know we didn't earn a dime of that bonus either way. You win when you care about AZ as much as they care about you, which is NOT AT ALL.

    The reality is that we are all just a number at AZ. It is coming down to massive cost cuts and those with the biggest numbers have a target on their back. But legally they have to be very careful not to appear too obvious. Why do you think they put the numbers out there?
