Just came across this home office guy who thinks he is perfect. Knows a few TLs but a total a-hole!

 

Totally agree and he is unethical and management lets him get away with it.

 

just because he worked at Merck, he thinks he is the Sh...! Reputation there was that is arrogant, treated women very poorly and got canned for that.

 

Knows more than a few. Get close to your KOL's and watch your back.

 

Wonder if HR did a background check on him going back to the Merck days. I heard he was a consultant at Avanir just last year. He does treat women badly from what I hear from the home office.

 

Yes KOL is the key. Get them trained, get them to speak a few times. If they didn't RX after getting a few checks MMc told us told us to "FIRE THEM" and find another "KOL" to work with that would produce.

I've worked with him at a previous company. He is lazy, not strategic, lacks attention to detail, points fingers and blames others because he can't manage his projects properly, and he tells the same stupid boring stories over and over.
