Wonder if HR did a background check on him going back to the Merck days. I heard he was a consultant at Avanir just last year. He does treat women badly from what I hear from the home office.
Yes KOL is the key. Get them trained, get them to speak a few times. If they didn't RX after getting a few checks MMc told us told us to "FIRE THEM" and find another "KOL" to work with that would produce. Follow the money DOJ/FDA
I've worked with him at a previous company. He is lazy, not strategic, lacks attention to detail, points fingers and blames others because he can't manage his projects properly, and he tells the same stupid boring stories over and over.
