Im in the process in the neuro division but salary hasn't been discussed. Could anyone please tell me an approximate range to expect when an offer comes? Currently making upper $80's plus bonus.

Started at Lundbeck inNeuro expansion almost 2 years ago. Max salary 108. But many hired Less than 100. Survey this year shows most unhappy with disparity in salary. Lundbeck currently looking I to this many leaving for specialist salaries 115-125
108k was max and if you negotiated hard you could possibly get a 5k sign on bonus which still made Lundy a sub standard comp package compared to other specialty Pharma companies. People don't get rich accepting Lundy offers. Lots of big Pharma reps got snowed into working here cuz they were either laid off or were very unhappy there. 2 years later they realized they did a deal with the devil. I'm glad I left this place 6 months ago. Buyer beware!
