    After a grossly unfair attack on its clonmel staff of shift cuts of 10% costing local employees an avg €5000 a year on net pay employees rallied and got the site unionised with SIPTU taking in majority of DL affected employees in plant as members and it worked hard to get those cuts reversed. This is just the start watch this space.
