Considering an offer at the Tampa office, anyone have any experience working there or with the folks there?
open space. Underpaid under qualified staff. People cutting their teeth until they can find something better.
They are under qualified because they are underpaid. The execs haven't figured out that you get what you pay for.
don't let the pitch fool you, other than the ping pong table and the standing desks the place is pretty much a call center. at least the last back-office i worked at in tampa didn't constantly blow smoke up my ass.
The facility is nice if you don't mind the open floor-plan. Decent cafeteria for a place of that size, desks go from sitting to standing; as with anywhere your experience will depend on who your manager is and the people you work with...
