I have been told that there will be 2 f2f interviews and a field ride. Once an offer is made, what type of background check is performed? The manager said that they require W2's. Anyone else familiar with this? I've never been required to submit a W2.

The job market is improving. DO NOT take a job with this company. Call recruiters around the country and tell them you are considering a job with Applied. Trust me, these calls will save your career.

They want your W2's so they can determine what base to offer you. It's all an attempt to screw you out of money.

3 solid and valid reasons why you should consider any job.

The person who posted this is an idiot

nope, you're right. The above 3 reasons arent the only reasons to not work here, they're 1 of about 30-35. Just read the past 7 years of posts on this awful place!

When you have managers, ZD's and the GM's all gathered in St. Louis to have a meeting on hiring and retention, this should tell you that there are issues galore in this place. When the topic of conversation around said issues boils down to making sure you spin the company mantra to the prospective hires, making sure they get that Applied is "different kind of company" and not about offering decent benefits, competitive pay and and real 401k to keep the ones that have joined, then you've missed the point.

wow, that's really sad. I feel for this company and anyone currently here looking to get out like I feel for the animals on those ASPCA commercials where Sarah McLaughlin is playing in the background. Or even worse, like a child with Cerebral Palsey or worse: terminal cancer. Is the leadership here really that blind, naive and ignorant to the facts and reality that surround them? No wonder Applied Medical is losing business everywhere I go and with everyone I talk to.

Applied Medical- Where shit*y washed up reps from other companies go once their careers bottom out. Being a barista at Starbucks is a more respectable occupation.

3 years of W2s. Smack in the face bc they lie about compensation and they know what you made before and what other companies pay A big fuck you from applied. Benefits suck and are expensive!!! Subtract that from what you make and its shit money
