They hide behind their code of conduct all day long and then use it against their employees whenever they want. Bostons code of conduct is a complete joke.

Boston completely screwed up Advanced Bionics. BSN's management is completely lost. The little runt running R&D couldn't find his ass from a hole in the ground.

How is the culture/ business in neuromodulation currently? Specifically, in the northeast.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

Is this a good division? How does the Boston SCS system compare to the competition?

I heard the average rep makes around $250k. Is that true? How do they compare against St. Jude and MedTronic? I won't even bring up Nevro.

    Pros, Cons Etc....
I know here will all be cons, but let's just see

$150-180 tops. Nevro taking mrkt share. Nevro has a very aggressive goal.. Lets face we work hard, but not that hard....

That is close to Nevro average rep comp ($225K). SJM and MDT closer to what previous poster said at $150-180K. Nuvectra around $140k with guarantee. Stimwave does not have directs yet I don't think

NORTHEAST opening and I have chronic pain clinical sales experience in PHARMA

Can anyone tell me what training is like and how many days away? The only reason asking is I have a little girl and single parent with responsibilities. Father not in picture. Not much support to be away more 5 days.

What is average day like? Is this like PHARMA where you schedule own inservices or are you on call?

I would love job but need reality check if I can even do this with what a medical rep does, on call duties, away.

My $0.02...if you don't have enough support to attend training, you'll be really unhappy trying to raise your daughter (without enough support) working in this role where you need to flex your schedule to accommodate surgeons and patients.

If 2 week training programs and 5x 8-12 hour days driving 2500-4000mi/month isn't your cup of tea... think deliberately about the opportunity.

Unless you know the accounts, live next door, and only operate out of a few adjacent facilities expect a ton of dashboard and break room time waiting for things to happen.
