    How the hell can 6 people with essentially the same product mix be expected to call on docs with little or no access????????

    That's why they are paying us reps the big bucks to figure that out. Thanks for the concern but if your input was needed, you would have received an offer.

    I was part of an irrational layoff in 2012 when there was green, blue & red teams selling erbi, spry, ixa & yervy. After the yervy launch & the crash & burn of ixa & erbi not getting it's big lung indication (sound familiar) reps were stepping on each other & couldn't care less about each other.

    Then BMS hired more reps less than a year later to launch obscene-o. Decent folks got the boot back in 2012. Look at your turnover rate in just 4 years. Lots of long term career potential. And job security!
    It was a miserable place back then. Now it's a nightmare. BMS is a dysfunctional trainwreck. Expect to be acquired shortly with mass layoffs to follow soon therafter.
