AZ rep here....just wanted to thank you for your new commercial on what it takes to bring a compound to market. Wish all companies were more proactive about what "good" we do as an industry. Had many "issues" with you guys in the past, but this commercial gives us all something we can be proud of. Thank you!

Hahahahaha! Commercial is good, BUT, Thank you my ass. Pfizer bought all their drugs and has no clue how to even find a compound, much less bring it to market.

It left out that patients and health plan members (sick or not) pay for the R&D because we inflate the price of many of our drugs semi-annually, year after year. Health insurance premiums and go up for EVERYONE!

Since Hillary gets most of our money, Trump is going to blast this all over the 'net.

Not coming from Pfizer. Worst r&d in the world. Bought nearly all of their marketed drugs after they were pre-sold. Knows nothing about bringing a product to market. Pfizer does no real "good" for this industry.

Only this company would redirect millions of dollars for this ad to their cronies in advertising...
-instead of wasting the shareholders money with stupid ads why not find a new drug that works and buy it?

They have plenty of money to do both. Why not congratulate Pfizer on doing something positive?

This is how it works: as you stated, money gets directed to our cronies in media and advertising companies, but a small % of those monies comes right back to the decision-makers here at 235 in forms of gifts, trips, events, shows, hotel stays for side-Boos, Five star dinners, etc. It used to be downright egregious, but now under Ian's henchmen, its more subtle. But make no mistake, that is part of our culture.

Regardless, I hope y'all field mice are closing hard on that Lyrica. Summer Fridays are in full swing here, and I'm already at our weekend house's pool. A mere 3.5 hours ago, I was talking to my agency account hottie in my office!!!

    Positive? You mean, self-serving!

OK, how about this; check the price of Lyrica today, compared to 4 years ago. Square that against the price increases of an OTC pain killer, or generic metformin.

    Report back.
