Why are so many people leaving?

Why are there so many good reps and now managers leaving? Do they know more about what's do come?

No one is making bonus

 

Holy cow! Did anybody see all the vacancies last night when the numbers came out? Just on the NAM side?

 

I have only been here for a year or so. I am concerned about the turnover here. I am asking for real answers. Why are people leaving?

 

Seems like pay is the major reason.

 

I think it's because they are about to be put on a plan.

 

Do any Neuroscience Territory Managers make over 120K? Thinking of interviewing, but I currently make 120K.

 

There are probably some reps that make 120 but not many. Truth is, unless you were here 3-4 years ago you will have a tough time selling Nuedexta. The customers Avanir push their reps in front of now for the most part don't give a crap about pba. Psychiatrists appreciate the medicine more than neuro and im.

 

Great money to be dangled in front of you if you can get the off label scripts

 

Bonus Target is 40K
Some reps make 80K in bonus but others make 0
Salaries vary here from 60K
To 130K depending on Exper.
