LDR Acquisition

So we spent $1b on a niche, money losing, spine company with French management. Really, what could go wrong?

 

And, with no product pipeline down the road. They have nothing. A moron offered $1 billion for a independent sales force that has no value. I'm sure when LDR saw the offer, they didn't even flinch when excepting the offer. Senior management probably looked at each other and said we better take this offer and leave now.

 

Remember Abbott Spine? LDR will get the worst end of that deal for sure.
