Oncology Salary

    What is the base salary range for Oncology reps?

    Starting salary depends on what you are earning now and what you bring to the table in experience, customer relationships, track record, etc..

    my base is $153k and I was hired on during last year's expansion

    Base salary depends on years of experience. If your coming in from the outside, a base of 130k is realistic. Dealing with multiple co-workers, 3-4 reps in the same office gets old really quick. The product line is great with multiple indications..

    agreed, no way. I am a manager and we don't start people that high. If you want more money, go to Genentech. They pay much better, just launched a great drug and culture is significantly better then here. Their bonus plan is double ours.
