Who are the sales and marketing leaders in BMS Oncology? Are they well respected and good leaders? There seem to be mixed messages on this board so hoping for honest perspective.
Mostly losers. A few good eggs but overal not an industry top talented group. Been here 2yrs now and they are very clicky, extremely arrogant and will cut anyone off at the knees if given a chance. You want culture and to be treated professionally, go to Genentech. This place pays well, but people are backstabbers and assholes. Just my option.
